Our Journey

    Our company was founded with an initial mission of providing health recipes and personalized fitness.

  • 2021

    Launched our first product line and received amazing feedback from our community.

  • 2022

    Closed the site for a rebrand. Received a lot of encouraging notes from followers that we are extremely grateful for!.

  • 2023

    Rebranded to include mental health conscious fitness, culturally sensitive recipes and a greater focus on community building. Plus, set Soft Wellness fund to reduce global hunger and improve community mental health!

1% of all our proceeds go towards our SoftWellness Fund, whereby we build programs to provide food and access to mental health support for at risk communities.
