just being on the email list makes me excited for the community to launch. It already feels more real and less performative than most wellness spaces
The burnout content hit a little too hard (in a good way). I didn’t realize how much pressure I was putting on myself until I read through one of the emails. It feels like this is actually designed for people who are tired, not just ‘motivated.
I've joined the community for a month now and I'm really impressed. I got a sneak peek into their upcoming progucts and events and it seems very exciting. Highly recommend!
I signed up mainly for the weight loss side, and the emails have already shifted how I think about it. It’s not extreme or restrictive and they actually acknowledge the mental health and mindset aspects of weightloss. I feel more empowered and motivated!
